Website and app information
This website does not create an account or store your memories. For information about visits and messages you send us, read our Website Privacy Notice.
Love Stays has not launched on the App Store. The steps below describe the current development app for people who have access to it. Release instructions and a separate app privacy policy will be available at launch.
Export your memories
- Open Love Stays and go to Me.
- Select Export memories.
- Follow the in-app instructions and review what the export includes.
The current in-app export covers eligible memories and media you created. It does not yet include memories shared with you, private reflections, contributions to someone else's memory, or AI conversation history. You can contact us to request access to information outside that export.
Delete your account
- Open Love Stays and go to Me.
- Select Settings.
- Select Delete account.
- Review the consequences shown in the app and complete identity verification.
Deleting Love Stays or deleting your Love Stays account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Use Apple's subscription-management settings to review or cancel billing.
Account deletion is irreversible after it is completed. Before confirming, read the explanation in your app version and export anything you wish to keep. Contact us if you need help understanding what will be deleted.
Access or another privacy request
If you cannot use an in-app path, or need to make another applicable privacy request, contact us. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting.
