1. Who we are and what this notice covers

This notice covers website visits, invitation-link landing pages, and messages you choose to send us. It does not cover an account, memory, media, subscription, or live Memory AI processing in the iPhone app. The app will need a separate privacy policy that reflects its released features.

2. Information involved in a website visit

You can browse without creating an account. The marketing site has no checkout or form for entering memories. Its Memory AI example uses fictional, preset questions and answers in your browser; it does not send them to an AI model. The site source does not include advertising pixels, product analytics scripts, or code that writes cookies or browser storage.

Cloudflare delivers and protects the site. Technical requests can include your IP address, the page or link requested, request time, browser or user-agent information, and security or network events. Cloudflare may use security measures, including cookies, when needed to protect a request. A link to an invitation may contain a code in its URL; the landing page uses that code only to offer an “open in app” action and does not submit or save it in the browser. The requested URL may still appear in website delivery or security records.

3. If you email us

An email link opens your chosen email service. If you send us a message, we receive your email address, message, and any attachment you choose to include. We use these details to answer support or privacy requests, investigate security reports, and meet obligations that apply to us. Please do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, or another person's private memory by ordinary email. Your email provider and our Microsoft 365 shared mailbox service handle the message under their own practices.

4. How information is used and shared

We use technical information to deliver and protect the website, and information you email us to respond to your request. We do not use this marketing site for targeted advertising or sell visitor information. We may share information with providers needed to host and protect the site or route and respond to email, with authorized staff, or when the law requires it. Our company is based in China, so authorized staff there may access a message you send. We do not claim that website traffic or email stays only in the United States.

5. Retention and security

Support emails remain in our active mailbox until authorized staff manually delete them; we do not apply a fixed or automatic deletion deadline. In deciding when to delete a message, we consider whether it is still needed to respond to your request, address a related security or dispute issue, or meet legal obligations. After deletion from the active mailbox, Microsoft 365 may keep a recoverable copy for a limited period under its settings or a legal hold. Cloudflare may keep technical and security records under the settings and retention rules for the services used to deliver the site. We use reasonable measures for a static website and request mailbox, but no transmission over the internet is guaranteed to be secure.

6. Your choices and requests

You may leave the website without creating an account and choose not to email us. If you have sent us a message, you may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable by emailing support@dareach.com with the subject “Love Stays Privacy Request.” We may need to verify your identity or authority and may retain limited information where an exception applies. We will address other rights or appeal requests as required by the law that applies to you.

7. Children and changes

The planned Love Stays app is intended for adults aged 18 or older. The website does not provide an account or invite children to submit information. If you believe a child has emailed us personal information, please contact us. We may update this notice when the site or our practices change; the current version and effective date will appear here.
